Return Policy
A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) number is required for all returns. 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns to our warehouse. Customer is responsible for both inbound and outbound shipping fees. Rage Cage warranty does not cover damages resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, lost merchandise or damage from the elements.
We will not accept returns for products that have been:
1. Used
2. Boxes that have been opened
3. Invoice dates over 30 days
Warning: Never use heavier balls than the balls supplied with the:
1. Arrowhead goals
2. Target goals
Returns will not be accepted for torn nets in the:
1. Arrowhead goals
2. Target goals
